What type of payment do you accept?

All payments will be processed through Paypal. Using your Paypal account you can pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit card or Paypal balance.

Do I need to have a Paypal account in order to purchase?

No. Paypal allows you to checkout as a “guest” and use your credit or debit card. Just follow the prompts at checkout and click the box “checkout as guest”. This will process a one-time payment and you will not be required to sign up for a Paypal account unless you wish to do so.

Why do I get sent off your site to place payment?

Unfortunately, we can only use Paypal as a payment provider at this time and they do not allow us to process Paypal payments on site. In order for us to process your payment, you will be directed off-site to Paypal. After purchase, you will be directed back to for order confirmation. Please do not worry, as this process is normal, and your personal details and payment information are secure.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, no. All orders are printed on demand and we do not hold stock.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are printed “on demand” and printed especially for you, therefore returns cannot be accepted unless an item arrives defective or damaged.


Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship from the USA.

How long will it take my order to ship?

All print orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

Does my order come with tracking?

All orders come with a tracking number. After your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier.

What is the shipping time?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped. *Please allow extra time during holiday periods due to the volume of mail during this time.

Can I change the delivery address of my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address provided at checkout is correct. Please check and double check your address before placing your order.

I did not receive a ship notification with a tracking number in my email and it’s been more than 5 business days?

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received a ship notification, please check your email spam folder. If it is not in there, please contact us at

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Please check the tracking number for your item. If tracking is not updated or seems “stalled” and it has been more than 10 full business days, please contact customer service at

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We stand behind all our orders! In the rare instance that your print arrives defective or damaged, please contact customer service ( within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the problem as well as a few photos so the problem can be rectified swiftly. *Please Note: In order for a free replacement to be sent out, you must contact us within 30 days of order date with the above details.


Do you offer any other products other than prints?

Yes! Peach On A Windowsill products including homeware, stationery, t-shirts, etc. can be found on Redbubble and Society6.

Where can I get frames like the ones displayed on your site?

The frames displayed on are mockups only and we do not offer a framing service. If you are going for a more modern minimalist look, try IKEA.

Do you offer any coupon codes?

If we have any sales currently running, they will be displayed on the main page.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We are looking into implementing this in the near future.
